Humanistic therapy is a holistic type of talk theory encompassing the whole person as opposed to just a single area of a person’s life. It stresses that people are innately good and emphasizes a person’s skills and positive characteristics to encourage healing and personal fulfillment.
I meet all my clients as equals, knowing that we have much to learn from each other and we are all working on ourselves all the time. The client is the expert in our relationship. As the therapist, I merely guide my clients on their journey toward healing and personal fulfillment.

Gestalt therapy centers on increasing a person’s awareness, freedom, and self-direction. Based on the idea that people are influenced by their present environment, it focuses on the present moment as opposed to past experiences.
With Gestalt therapy, I meet my clients as equals, approaching our work together with agency and creativity in the here and now. Clients become more aware of what they are doing, how they are doing it, and what tools they can use for positive change, while learning to accept and value themselves.

It addresses the client’s mental, physical, emotional, creative, and intellectual needs to facilitate healing and growth. The goal of transpersonal therapy is for clients to gain a complete understanding of themselves, their capacities, and relationships, and to equip them with the skills to continue healing after therapy.
Transpersonal therapy allows clients to share their spiritual background, awareness, or questions they have, and together integrate this into the work of self exploration and discovery. This can be done through meditation, guided visualizations and even exploring dreams.
